Managing your Event with Acteva

Acteva lets you create a custom questionnaire that can be included with your event registration page. There are no limits on what kind of data you can collect or how many questions you can include. You can provide single or multiple choice options and if there are certain pieces of information that are absolutely critical to collect, you can make questions mandatory meaning that someone must answer it in order to complete the registration.

Along with your Acteva account, you have access to Acteva's EventMail notification system. EventMail provides you with an easy way to notify everyone you know about your event. With EventMail you can send out invitations, reminders and follow-ups by using our preformatted templates or creating your own HTML message.

Acteva comes with many standard reports that provide up-to-the-second information about your event, including who has registered and how much money you have collected to date.

Acteva also lets you easily generate lists based on the custom data you have collected through your online questionnaires. You can easily generate a Meal Preference list so you know what to order from the caterer, a Will Call list for checking in registrants at the door and an Attendee Count list so you know what size room to reserve.
